What’s this about?
mike b designs was the start of something. At the time I had no idea the impact photography and video would make to my family.
I am a proud dad of two who love the outdoors. More recently my eldest has really got in to developing her skills in capturing wildlife, she enjoys taking photos, then with a bit of help, editing them. Naturally my little boy is getting in to it, but prefers setting up a scene. I’ll set them tasks such as; find a reflection, or an interesting shadow…
We go out with the cameras and sometimes meet people who love the kids passion / interest in capturing beauty in the everyday. Fully enthused, my little girl wants to start her own business, which given her current age is a bit tricky.
So I’ve created this area just for them!
Obviously I can’t have my kids being hired out, but I want to encourage a professional mindset. So in this space we will create their portfolio and we will link shoots of our interesting things with the people that they impact. If you like the idea, or you’ve received a link to photos they have taken for you, and you would like to help them with a little pocket money, then I am making it possible for people to donate to their passion.

The kids are learning that you can’t just take photo’s and get paid… as parents this is so important to instill in our kids.
Mini B Designs is about enjoying photography, community, wildlife and getting out of the house.
