Look no further than Hope Hive! mike b designs had the privilege of capturing the essence of this remarkable family center through video and photography, and we're excited to share our experience with you.

A Glimpse into Hope Hive

Hope Hive, lovingly curated by Rebecca, is more than just a daycare nursery; it's a nurturing haven for children and families. Our multi-video brand and community building project with Hope Hive was a one-day shoot that aimed to showcase the diverse range of services they offer while preserving the approachability, fun, and safety that defines this unique day center in West Worthing. There are three main areas of business activity, Free play, classes and space hire (inclusive of Birthday parties, entusiast groups, charities and dry hire). Each of these areas needed a focussed informative video to highlight the subcategorised service, and all videos were to be bought together in a showcasing one minute promotional video for landing page of their website and socials.

A World of Adventures Under One Roof

During our shoot, we were amazed by the well-thought-out activities that Hope Hive offers. What sets Hope Hive apart is that all of these activities are created with teaching and learning at their core, aligning seamlessly with the local curriculum. Rebecca, a former Head teacher, has infused her expertise into every aspect of Hope Hive. This was critical to capture and showcase as it was described as a corner stone of Rebecca's USP.

Softplay Room: The ball pit fun and fort-building adventures in this room offer endless joy while promoting motor skills and creativity, aligning with early childhood development principles. As parents we understand the importance of nuances that can make all the difference to a visit to a day center so it was critical to capture the details, textures, sensory development games that Rebecca had integrated in to the space, we really wanted to show this world at the childs level.

Gardening Area: Children are encouraged to pot faux plants and safely play with imitation equipment, fostering creativity and an understanding of the natural world.

Child-Sized Building Zone: Complete with diggers and mechanical tools, this area sparks imagination and hands-on learning, encouraging problem-solving and cooperation.

Café Delights: The café boasts locally cooked treats, including cakes and lunches, alongside comforting hot beverages. The polka dot tables create a delightful atmosphere, offering a perfect setting for social interaction and communication development.

Role Play Paradise: The main space is a treasure trove of dressing up and role-playing activities for parents and kids. Our long lenses discreetly captured unique moments without interupting the magical imaginative worlds that the kids were playing in, emphasizing the magic of Hope Hive's immersive learning experiences.

A Creative Collaboration

At mike b designs, our goal was to not only create a captivating video but also photograph each area for Hope Hive's website. We wanted to showcase Hope Hive at its best, ensuring that every corner was represented in the final composition while highlighting its educational core. Most importantly, we wanted to achieve this descretely.
