Entasi: Rage against the Machine.
On this shoot, I was reminded of how instrumental a videographer and, perhaps more specifically, an editor can be in terms of selling a product and creating a narrative. Dance tells a story by itself, of course, but with this latest project by Entasi, the narrative wasn’t linear – here, the choreography was modular, more like chapters. Chapters from comparable but contrasting stories, sometimes! And when you’re creating a one minute video of the entire thing… where do you start?
